I am the queen of late night dinners! Seriously, I usually eat dinner around midnight. On the menu tonight is some kind of easy and quick asian noodle and vegetable dish. I was craving some noodles. So here we go.
5 carrots (peeled and sliced)
Bag of sugar snap peas
Organic ramen noodles
Organic chicken broth
1 Egg scrambled
Dash or two of soy sauce (to taste)
Chicken cooked and cut into little pieces
Add all ingredients together in a pot except the noodles. Add enough chicken broth to barely cover it all.Boil for about 5 minutes, then simmer on low heat for ten.
Cook your ramen noodles, drain and add it all together and your done! Yum!
